Predicting Birth Weight of a Baby using Data analytics

Predicted birth weight of Sammy’s baby (28 year old mother) by studying the various factors that affect child birth.
We analysed the data gathered from Vital Statistics Data on Births and related parameters from the UNC Odum Institute for 3 years. Using this as the dataset, we implemented various regression models in order to get the relevant results.

Analyze Ebola Data

Recapitulated genomic analysis performed in the paper ’Genomic surveillance elucidates Ebola virus origin and transmission during the 2014 outbreak’, and additionally performed functional analysis of Ebola Virus with newly added data.
We designed phylogenetic trees and BEAST trees and trees for the particular genes in the virus to find the correlation between earlier strains and new strains.
